The DJI Mini 4 Pro RC2 Fly More Combo is a great choice.
Why did you pick that one? I already have the Air 2. Is this an upgrade?
It’s great for travel, has 360° obstacle avoidance, and can shoot 4K in vertical mode.

I got the DJI Mini 4 Pro as my first drone for cinematic shots. Super easy to fly, and even my mom can use it! Amazing footage quality, too.

How’s the battery life? Does it outperform the Mini 2 and 3?
@Zeph
It’s definitely better. It has great range with OcuSync 4, 4K at 60fps, and improved night mode. The battery life isn’t the best, but it’s still a solid upgrade over the Mini 2 and 3.

Yeah, but the battery life could be better.
@Zeph
With the extended battery, you get 35-40 minutes, which is about as good as it gets for consumer drones.

True! You could also get the plus battery for longer flights, though it puts you over the 249g limit. Just don’t cause any issues and you’ll be fine.
@Kingsley
Yeah, I doubt anyone’s out there weighing drones, haha.

With the plus battery, I get around 28 minutes per flight.

That’s still pretty decent, even if it’s less than advertised.
@Zeph
Battery life is way better than the Mini 2 and 3.

Thanks! Love your profile pic—it’s cute.
Bit late here, but I use the DJI Mini 4 Pro with the screen controller. The footage is amazing, and the drone is super portable.

The Mini 4 Pro is a solid pick! At 249g, it avoids a lot of the legal stuff heavier drones have. It’s also tough—mine survived a dip in water today!
