I’ve been getting more into video shooting with my Air 2S and need a solid editing app. Looking for something better than DJI’s LightCut app. I’d say I’m at an intermediate skill level and usually shoot in D-Log or HLG.
Any good recommendations? Thanks!

Are you planning to edit on an iPhone/iPad or Mac/PC?

iOS/iPhone or Mac.
DaVinci Resolve is great for Mac, and LightCut (the DJI app) is an option for iPhone/iPad.

@Wes
LightCut is okay, but it won’t export in HDR when I shoot in HLG.

If HDR is a must, iMovie on iPhone/iPad handles it well. On Mac, Final Cut Pro is your best bet.

I’ve been using LumaFusion for years—really solid. Final Cut Pro is another great option.

CapCut’s desktop version is super easy to use.

For free: DaVinci Resolve.
For paid: Final Cut Pro.
