Bought DJI 04 Pro yesterday but it says all shipped today, yet DHL says they haven’t sent it? Why is that?

I ordered the DJI 04 Pro yesterday. Today it says ‘all shipped’ on DJI’s site, but DHL tracking shows they haven’t even sent it yet. I opened a ticket but DJI hasn’t sent it. What’s going on?

Maybe it’s not DHL that’s shipping it. You should ask DJI for more info.

Actually, DJI says it’s DHL Express (sorry, I messed up the title).

Sometimes the tracking info takes a few hours to update, so it might show later.
