The Mini 3 isn’t great at night. You might want something with a bigger sensor like the Mavic Pro.

That’s not true.
Technically, yes, you can. If flying under the 101, you can fly at night if you’re shielded. For unshielded, you’d need a 102.
I flew mine over Cancun at night, lots of city lights, so visibility wasn’t an issue.
