Hey everyone, I picked up PolarPro’s VIVID ND/PL lens set for my Mini 4 Pro, but I’m having a really hard time getting them to latch onto the camera.
I’ve removed the stock hood, lined up the lens properly, and tried turning it clockwise to lock it in, but nothing happens. Am I missing something obvious? I was really looking forward to trying these out, so any help would be greatly appreciated!
I’m not familiar with that exact brand, but once you remove the default lens cover, there should be notches that the new filter locks into.

Hm, it should slide and turn into place pretty easily. Are you sure it’s lined up correctly?

Right!? I’m almost certain I have the right orientation. Starting to think these might be poorly designed, which is frustrating since they weren’t cheap.

That’s rough. You really do need ND filters for video on the M4P. I’d try reaching out to PolarPro for a replacement or refund. Hope you get it sorted!

Just added some photos—seems like it ‘latches’ on, but I can’t turn it to the right to fully secure it.

The issue is that I can’t turn the lens in the direction of the red arrow to lock it in place.
