DJI Osmo Mobile 3 acting up... anyone know what's wrong?

I’ve got a DJI Osmo Mobile 3, and I’m about ready to throw it at the wall. Every time I turn it on, the pitch motor maxes out until it hits the stopper, while the other motors just move to the middle and stay there. What the heck is going on? Please help :pray:

Yeah, sounds like something’s definitely broken. Doesn’t seem like a software or setup issue — probably needs to go in for service.

Did you get to test it before buying? Or was it an online deal? Did it show up like this?

Got it off eBay… the seller actually messaged me about the issue, but it was only $12.

Ah, gotcha. For $12, I guess you were hoping it was just a setup mistake on their end? Honestly, if you take it to an authorized service center, they’ll probably fix it for way less than a brand new one. Still not a bad deal!
