DJI RC Pro antenna keeps tilting back… normal or broken?

I just got the Mavic 3 Pro, and the Pro controller seems to be working fine except for one thing. The left antenna won’t stay in place it keeps moving out of position. Should I worry about this or is it a common thing?

If it’s brand new, I’d contact DJI about it. If it’s secondhand, then maybe it’s just a small issue and nothing serious.

This happened to me too. I returned mine because of the same problem, but the one they sent back had the exact same issue. Super annoying.

Did you talk to someone before opening a repair ticket? I looked at the service section but only saw stuff for drones, nothing about controllers when I went through the menus.

They’re made to twist so they can fold down nicely when not in use.

Yeah I get that, but when it’s up and ready, it should match the right antenna. This one doesn’t.

Can you not rotate it by hand to line up the same way?

@Reece
I try setting it the right way, but it just spins back to the wrong angle on its own.

That sounds like something inside might be loose. You could reach out to DJI support or check if there’s a teardown video online to see how to open it up and tighten things if you’re okay doing that yourself.
