Does this shipping delay seem normal?

I’ve been waiting on my order, and it seems like it’s taking longer than usual. Anyone else experienced delays like this?

Is your order a combo with both a drone and a DJI Controller 3? I had the same issue because the drone was in stock at one warehouse but the controller was out of stock there, and vice versa. My order just got stuck until I called them.

You should give them a call. In my experience, their customer service is great. They split my order, and both items shipped the next day from the separate warehouses.

I contacted them through chat, and they finally shipped it! Thanks for the tip.

I had my drone repaired and shipped from California to Michigan in about five business days, and this was during the Christmas rush. Something seems off here. I’d definitely reach out to support.
