I’ve been having a blast following nice cars around with my Avata 2 drone. It’s awesome getting those cool shots as they cruise down the road. So far, I’ve been loving it.

I posted this on the Porsche forum and they are absolutely loving it. They don’t really care about this, sometimes the difference between forums is quite stark.

You don’t need consent for this and no privacy is expected on public roads (plus there is no privacy involved here, what are you talking about). Laws are different in each country.

As a drone operator, I think you’re being irresponsible flying it over public roads with cars on it.
As a car enthusiast, if someone came up to me and went ‘hey I hope you don’t mind but I got this footage of your Evo8…’ I’d love it haha.

I tried to avoid being straight above the vehicle. Always behind or on the side (as you can see in the video, when the two cars are going down, I swerved right). No cars were behind the Porsche. A bit of a grey zone, I agree, but I’m not dumb.
