So I tried my Mini 4 Pro with the Goggles 3 and Motion Controller 3 using head tracking, and ran into something odd.
When I turn on head tracking, it feels like I’m always looking down, even when my head is in a normal position. To get a straight view, I have to lift my head up way higher than feels natural. Kinda uncomfortable honestly.
Is there a way to make it so the view starts higher up? Like adjusting the gimbal up a bit so it’s centered better?
Thanks! I couldn’t find an answer for this anywhere.
I’m not near my gear right now, but I’m pretty sure you can press and hold one of the buttons to reset or recenter the view based on how your head is positioned at that moment.

Try pressing and holding the dial while keeping your head in the position you want as your ‘center’. That’s how you reset the pointer in point-and-shoot mode—might work the same with head tracking.

Definitely going to try that tomorrow—really hope it works, thanks!
Also noticed something else while landing with the same setup. When I’m about 20 meters up and trying to look straight down to land, I can’t seem to tilt far enough to see under the drone. I have to bend my head down way too much and still can’t fully see. When I use the RC, I can just tilt the gimbal all the way down and it’s fine. But with head tracking, the dial doesn’t seem to do anything until the drone’s already landing.
Any idea how to get full downward view before descent?
