How far and high can you fly a drone registered with ANAC?

I’m planning to buy a DJI Neo, but I’m a bit confused about the limits. How far and how high can I fly it?

I heard in cities it can only go up to 30 meters, but I’m not sure if that’s right.

Oh, sorry! I’m from Brazil. I wanted to know the max distance and height for flying a drone after registering it with ANAC.

In Brazil, the max height is 120 meters and you have to keep the drone close enough to see it all the time.
