How many drone batteries do you guys have?

I’ve got 5 batteries for mapping large areas, plus a cooling setup and a power bank with wheels.

Never heard of a battery cooling setup. What’s that like?

I use a 3D-printed case with server fans to cool the batteries between flights. Not really something you’d bring on a casual trip—it’s more for big mapping jobs.

I have 2 DJI branded batteries that I fly with, and a third cheap one from Amazon that I only use at home for updates.

Got 3 extra batteries when I bought my Mini 2 SE. Came with two in the kit, and then I found a refurbished 3-way charger that had two more for $80. Total win!

Just one extra for my Mini 2 SE. Wanted to try the hobby first before I buy more. Next drone, I’ll get more batteries.

I have five 3850mAh batteries for my Mini 4 Pro. They each last around 30 minutes, and I usually swap them out when they hit 25%.

Currently at 5 for my Air 2S. Might pick up a 6th soon.

I have 5 batteries for my M3P—three regular ones and two extended ones.

4 total for me.

I have 4 batteries. I charge 3 at once and rotate them.

6 batteries for my Mini 4 Pro and 3 for my Mavic 3. Sadly, no extended batteries for the Mini 4 Pro in the UK.

10 for my Mini 4 Pro: 7 plus-size and 3 normal ones I barely use.

I’ve got three standard and four plus batteries for my Mini 3 Pro. I use the standard ones more often, especially when flying in restricted airspace.

Just 3 that came with the fly more package.

Watch out for weight limits with third-party batteries. Going over the limit could mean needing a permit.

Ever had the drone police show up with a scale? :joy:

It happens! Some places will wait and then hit you with extra charges.

4 for my Air 3 and 3 for the Avata 2. Might grab more for the Avata since they don’t last long.

3 batteries for M4P, 5 for Avata, and just 1 for my FPV. I don’t do commercial flights.
