@Halston
I saw that, but I’m worried Amazon might send a fake by mistake. I’ve heard some third-party sellers’ products get mixed in and sometimes sent by accident. It’s usually fine for most stuff, but I can’t risk a fake battery failing when my drone’s flying hundreds of feet up.
@Addison
Just so you know, I ordered 6 Mini 4 Pro batteries from Amazon (both regular and plus) in the last couple of months and never had any problems. It’s pretty easy to check if the box looks real, and you can check the battery’s serial number once it’s in the drone to confirm it’s genuine.
@Addison
You’re right to be careful. I don’t think fakes get mixed in often, but buyers can get confused about what they actually ordered. For example, if you click ‘Visit the Store’ on that image, you might not be shopping directly at DJI. Even if you see ‘Visit the DJI store,’ searching ‘All DJI’ takes you outside the official store where you find third-party products and kits.
There aren’t many fakes, but there are some knockoffs. The item shown does look like a real DJI battery, but you can only be sure if it’s sold and shipped by Amazon itself. Some other sellers also sell real batteries, but you won’t know for sure until it arrives. DJI probably keeps their batteries separate.
