I honestly don’t get why people complain about how it looks. It’ll be up in the sky, not like a camera you carry around where looks matter. At the end of the day, it’s just a tool to capture aerial pics and if a weird design does the job better, I’ll take it every time.

There was an FCC filing for two mysterious models (I think they’re the 4 Pro and 4 Cine) a few months back and they’ve been approved.

That was for the Matrice 4 enterprise, not the Mavic.

Look at a Matrice 4. Take that and put a camera like the M3P on it and I bet that’s what it’ll look like.

It seems clear that the Matrice 4 has a different style compared to the Mavic 4.

It looked to me like DJI was bringing the old Mavic Enterprise lineup under the enterprise brand. Same drone, just different payload and PSDK capabilities, most likely. But I could be mistaken.

That was the concept for the Mavic 3E. They suggested they’re moving away from that model and introducing different platforms in the future.
