My Flip is at Oakland CA with āPackage Available for Clearanceā since 3/4. I ordered 2/28 from DJI. Am I in the clear, or will I still have to wait for clearance?
Having the Air 3 with Lidar addition to the obstacle avoidance system is very little added value. Donāt see a need to upgrade when what I have already works well for most.

I hear ya - Iām upgrading from the original Mavic Air, so itās a big upgrade for me 
No, DJI retaking all your flight data, geosynchronous data, and your photos whenever they want is the real problem with both parties. I always hated dealing with the Chinese government to do a job. I just got approved through LAANC.
