Should I get the Mini 4 Pro now or wait for the 5…?

I was originally planning to hold out for the Mini 5 Pro, but with these new tariffs coming, I’m starting to worry about prices going up. Is it worth waiting or should I just go ahead and buy the Mini 4 Pro now?

If the Mini 4 Pro already does what you want, just grab it. There’s always going to be a next thing coming out.

Honestly… what else could they even add to the Mini series? They’ve squeezed in a ton while keeping it under 249g. No real reason to wait for a 5 in my opinion.

Still room to improve—especially how it handles wind. That’s a big one for me.

It’s been ages since the first Mavic 4 leaks and we still haven’t seen it. And nothing solid on a Mini 5 yet either.

Mini 5 isn’t coming anytime soon. I tried asking DJI when the prices are going up and they just wouldn’t say anything.

Of course they won’t. If they tell you, their competitors would adjust prices too. No way they’re spilling that info early.

If the tariffs don’t hike the price, US Customs might still slow things down. I’d grab one from Adorama and start flying while you can.
