That’s a solid combo. I use a similar setup. The Avata is great for fun, close-up shots, and tight spaces. The Mavic is better for professional-looking cinematic shots.

Keep in mind, some plans cancel after one use. Check your terms.
This is why you should always keep a visual line of sight on your drone and stay in control. Were you flying alone? If so, you might’ve broken some rules.

Always take off from a clear area and set your return height above the trees—100m is usually safe.

That’s great advice, but the crash happened because the drone didn’t detect bare branches, not because of return height.
Do we really need more drone footage of people riding bikes? Just saying.
