Can’t wait to try it out! Starting a big backpacking trip tomorrow, hoping to capture some great footage. Might’ve been the first person in Christchurch, NZ to buy one… they weren’t even on the shelves at JB HiFi yet!

Never trust the water rating on GoPros. My buddy’s Hero 8 died just from a little bit of fresh water.

Took my DJI Action 4 in a pool without a waterproof case and it worked just fine.

My Hero 8 bricked itself during an update. Loaded the card, started it up, and then… nothing.

Not sure about the waterproof rating, but I’ve heard GoPros corrupt cards a lot. Tried using one for a friend’s wedding, and it kept stopping, saying the card was corrupted.

Still rolling with my Hero 9, but I don’t use it much. Hope the new one works out for you.

Believe it or not, I broke mine just by not using it for a month. Battery expanded and I couldn’t open the door, had to cut it open.

Ain’t that the truth… but DJI still rules the drone game, except maybe for FPV drones in my opinion.
