Thought I was gonna lose my drone out there…

It flew out about 500 meters and I seriously thought it was gone… but I ended up with some cool clips, so that made it worth it.

What was that white minivan doing in the first clip? Looked totally out of place.

Might’ve been OP pulling over to launch the drone :joy:

No idea lol
Now that I rewatch it, it kinda ruins the shot.

In the last clip I swear I saw it parked behind some trucks… maybe the driver got nervous about that bridge

Wait… is this AI footage? :joy:

Just a heads up: ‘loose’ means not tight. You meant ‘lose’ here.

That whole road setup in your clip gave me anxiety lol.

Yeah I figured it out later… everyone was turning back because of a traffic jam up ahead.

Lose* not loose

You sure you don’t mean 5000 meters?

Nah just 500, it’s the Mini 4K and my first flight

Could barely see it—it looked like a tiny speck in the sky.

What exactly made it scary? Did it drift off without you controlling it or something?

Once you’re up high with no obstacles between you and the drone, 500m is really not that far. Signal stays strong up to 2.5km or more. Still, it’s better not to push it unless you know exactly where it is and what’s around it. If you can’t see or hear it, things can go wrong real fast.
