What do I do now… drone fell and now this?

My drone took a fall, and now when I try to restart it, I’m getting errors. Fellow pilots, any advice? :sob:

The controller usually has some helpful suggestions. Did you check those?

You’d take the controller’s side. OP is clearly looking for a second opinion. OP, here’s my take: maybe look into buying a satellite?

@Sayer
Totally agree! It says ‘satellite not found’ after all. Getting one sounds like the easiest fix.

Did you mean contact support? Or maybe ask the forum?

Put your tray table up, your seat upright, and brace yourself. Sounds like crash mode is your next step!

Something might be broken. But before sending it for repairs, try calibrating the compass and IMU, then restart the drone.

Hey there, sorry to hear about the issue. Could you power it off completely and restart? If it still doesn’t work, you might want to send it in so technicians can inspect it fully.

This seems like your best bet, OP. Good luck! :+1:t2:

Call the Paw Patrol if you’re near Adventure Bay!

That kid is shady. How does he afford all that gear? Where are his parents? Adventure Bay’s like 12 people with one store and a pet grooming place… probably a front!

It needs a repair. Don’t risk flying it like this.

Sounds like something might be missing. Maybe check for loose parts.

Do you have DJI Care? That could save you a lot of trouble!

Even if you don’t, their repair prices are pretty reasonable.

You already explained it—the drone fell. Contact support and get it checked out. No need to guess.

You should probably send it to DJI.

There’s a cable that connects to the IMU module. If you’re comfortable opening it up, check if it came loose.

I had this issue once. My solution was to toss it in the trash. Just saying.

Did you contact DJI about it yet?
