Why Can't I Get Quick Transfer to Work?

I’ve struggled with this on several phones and even 4 different drones. Every time I try to transfer anything, it turns into a hassle. If I can connect at all, it won’t download, and I can’t see my captures on my phone. Anyone got a fix?

That’s exactly it… if you’re using an iPhone. I have to go into my settings, switch off Cellular Data, and then start the quick transfer.

I just switched to iPhone, and it’s a real hassle trying to get anything to work together so far

Always worked perfectly for me

Just switch on Airplane mode for the quick transfer. That works great.

Try uninstalling the app on your device, restarting it, and then reinstalling the app. I’ve done that once or twice, and it usually fixes this issue for me.

Does the app have full access to your photo album?
