The camera on my DJI Mini 3 Pro just stopped working out of nowhere. The screen stays black on both the RH330 controller and the RC231 controller, even when I connect it to my Galaxy S22 or Xiaomi phone.
I’ve tried using an older version of the DJI Fly app like some forums suggested, but no luck. In the settings, the Camera SN shows as “N/A.”
The gimbal still works fine. At first, I thought it might be a main board issue because the SD card files weren’t showing up in the DJI Fly app. But when I connected the drone to my PC, I could see the files there, so I guess it’s not the main board.
Does this mean the camera is dead? Has anyone had something like this happen?

Sounds like the PTZ cable might be snapped or damaged. You could try replacing it yourself or send it in for repair.
I just took the PTZ cable out and checked it. There’s no visible damage, so I reattached it, but the problem is still there. The gimbal works, but the camera doesn’t.
I’ll go ahead and order a new cable and hope that fixes it. Of course, it had to die right now of all times, haha!

Haha, always at the worst time, right? It’s strange that the gimbal works but the camera doesn’t. Makes me think it could be a damaged camera module instead. Either way, good luck, and let me know how it goes!
