Tech evolves fast. As long as you’re happy with your purchase, you’re good. There will always be a newer model.

I got my Air 3 about a month ago, and I’m annoyed to see the 3S already dropping. But it’s not a huge jump in features, so I’m not too upset.

Some places do offer trade-in programs, but you’ll usually get more selling it yourself.

I wanted a real Log profile too, but the Mavic 4 will be at least another $1,000 higher with more expensive accessories. Decided it wasn’t worth the extra cost for me.

I’ve got a bunch of drones already and was thinking about the Mavic 4 too. It’s going to be a pricey upgrade, though, especially with the accessories and DJI Care.
If you already have a few drones, adding another one seems a bit much.

D-Log M is still pretty good for color grading, though.

I tried ordering right after the announcement, but it kept saying the stock was limited. It wouldn’t even take a backorder. I wish there were more alternatives to DJI.

I had some issues too; the site kept freezing on me. Took about 20 minutes to finally complete the checkout.
