I ordered the OA5 a few weeks ago and it didn’t ship either. I hit up support chat and they sorted it the next day. It shipped and arrived shortly after. They also gave me store credit for the hassle.

I contacted support too and they just offered to cancel it and give me 20 credits

I grabbed an Avata 1 Fly More last Christmas for $700!
I only ordered the RC 2 controller and it still got stuck at customs. DJI had me fill out a DocuSign and even tried to push it through since it was just a controller, but then called me later saying the whole brand was blocked, not just the item. Now they’re waiting to get the controller back before refunding me, so I’m out $370.

If they don’t get that controller back soon, I’d look into doing a chargeback.
