Does anyone else have this problem? My cable that connects to the phone is basically useless. I have to push it in hard and even hold it there to get it to work, and sometimes that doesn’t even help. It’s not my phone because I’ve tried with others and had the same issue. I’ve also cleaned out my charging port, so that’s not the problem either. I did some troubleshooting a while back and ruled out other possible causes, but I can’t remember everything I tried.
How do I send feedback to DJI? And if I need repairs, how do I even go about that?
