I was really hoping for better deals this year. Feels like it’s just SD cards and care refresh thrown in. What do you all think?
Up to 52% off sounds good, but it’s probably just accessories like prop guards

No way they’re dropping the Mavic 3 Pro price that much.

Exactly. Maybe 10% at most. What else competes with it? Nothing really.
@Avery
The Mavic 4 is expected to drop soon though. It might shake things up a bit.

They’ll probably just discount prop screws for the Mini lol.

Or maybe the gimbal covers
DJI doesn’t really have competition, so I doubt they feel the need to give big discounts.
‘Up to 50% off’ probably means like 1% on most things.

Yeah, and the ‘up to’ line is such a classic marketing move.

My favorite is ‘up to 99% effective.’ Same vibes.

It’s like how bike companies advertise. The discounts are on sizes nobody buys, not the ones everyone wants.
Did people really think DJI was gonna give away drones for free? Like Avata 2 Fly More for $700 or something? Just buy used ones. So many drones barely get flown before they’re sold again.

I don’t think anyone expected them to be free, but last year I’m pretty sure there were 10-20% discounts on a lot of drones.
@Delaney
Wait, so they announced the sales already, or is this just the pre-announcement? Like ‘just kidding, we’re giving 20% off everything’? Feels confusing.
If you’ve got a Costco membership, check their prices first. They’re usually better than DJI’s so-called Black Friday deals.

Costco has the Mini 4 Pro with the RC-N2 controller, a battery, 128GB card, and ND filters for $750.
@Mika
I didn’t see the Mini 4 at my local store, just the Mini 3. Guess I’ll wait and see if anything better pops up.

Check their website. That’s where I found it: Costco Mini 4 Pro deal
Pro tip: I bought an Avata 2 earlier this week with 2-year care. I asked customer support if they’d do anything since 1 year is free now, and they gave me $60 in credit. Not bad, right?
