I’m looking for the best FPV drone simulator to start learning. Any recommendations?
In my opinion, DRL (Drone Racing League) has the best tutorial system for learning the sequence of skills you’ll need as a beginner.

Same here. I’ve tried a bunch of the major simulators, and DRL really stands out with its lesson system. Some parts can be frustrating, but they push your limits in the right way while building solid fundamentals.
Orqa FPV Skydive is free, has decent physics, and comes with some tutorials to get you started.

Yeah, but it’s a bit hit or miss. Sometimes it works well, sometimes not.

Hey Sam, I’m building my first O3 quad and the only frames available here are Nazgul Evoque, Volador II, and Geprc 5. Any thoughts on which one I should pick?

He’d probably tell you to join his paid Discord, lol.

You can just check his reviews on YouTube.

Also, it runs on mobile without needing Steam.

Saw this a bit late, but thanks for the recommendation!
I recently got both Liftoff and DRL. I’d say DRL is better for learning, but it’s still a challenge. Liftoff is great for practicing cinematic shots or stunts, and I feel like the physics are a bit better.
I started with DRL and Velocidrone, mainly just focusing on flying. Then I worked on following roads. Eventually, I picked up Tryp, and the soaring experience there is amazing. Lots of gliding around and following roads. I’m not racing yet, but I’ll get there. The other sims have their place, but give Tryp a look too.
