Sorry if this was already talked about, but since DJI got blacklisted, BestBuy is letting people return their drones for store credit. I just walked out with a $600 gift card after returning my Spark Fly More combo that I bought back in 2018. They have an internal memo, but depending on who’s at the counter (lots of new hires right now), you might need to push a little. If you bought it less than a year ago, you get a full refund, and if it’s been over a year, you get store credit.
Actually, BestBuy let me return my Mavic 2 Pro and the extra battery kit today. They gave me store credit, but I used it to get an Autel Pro 2. I couldn’t fly my drone after the Google 12 update, so I’m done with DJI. BestBuy won my respect.

I haven’t heard anything from BestBuy. I’ve only gotten updates by refreshing the order status page. At this point, I’m expecting them to cancel it. Been waiting a month since I pre-ordered.
