Big thanks to DJI support after my crash

About 10 days ago, I crashed my Mini 4 Pro into a tree while using QuickShots — it was dark, and the sensors didn’t catch the branches. One of the arms broke off, the motor stator got bent, and the body got pretty messed up. I didn’t have Care Refresh, but I sent it in to DJI anyway.

Surprisingly, they only charged me $45 CAD and are sending me a replacement. It has a new serial number, so I’m sure it’s a different unit. Honestly, I’m super impressed with how they handled it.

Lesson learned: don’t fly near trees at night.

To be fair, flying near stuff like trees in the dark isn’t a great idea — kinda asking for trouble.

Take it easy, mistakes happen. At least they shared it and learned from it.

I actually crashed mine too with almost the same kind of damage — and I also didn’t have Care Refresh. Mind sharing how you contacted them or what steps you took? I’m hoping I might get lucky too. Appreciate the help!
