Totally my fault… crashed my Avata 2 into some tree branches. The camera and body are wrecked. I have DJI Care Refresh, but does anyone know how much it’ll cost to fix? Or is it free? Also, how long does shipping take? I’m in Germany. Thanks!
Check your Care Refresh agreement. Mine says repairs are £39, and flyaway replacements are £169.

Appreciate it! I couldn’t find anywhere if they replace the battery too… mine’s busted.

They include one battery with the replacement. You can double-check in DJI’s Care Refresh terms on their site.

Pretty sure it’s just the drone. If the battery was covered, they’d mention it. I’m so paranoid I’m gonna crash mine too.
DJI sent my last repair to a facility in Germany. Took just a few days to get it back.

Yeah, just ordered another Avata. Hoping I don’t wreck this one too.
Apparently Dji has very good after-sales service, the care refresh is only useful in the event of theft. Welcome to the club, I repaired mine by myself to save time (torn tablecloth, broken front arm, broken lens glass, propellers too…)
