People keep acting like the Air series is supposed to be part of the pro lineup. It’s not. It’s designed to offer a lot without crossing into the pro series features.

But it’s still a downgrade. We’ve had these specs since 2021, and now they’re cutting back.
@Peyton
I get it, but the Air lineup has always been more affordable. The pro series needs to have features that justify the higher price.
If you want to do serious color grading, bitrate matters a lot. That’s why the Mavic 3 Cine has ProRes going up to 3,772 Mbps. DJI can say what they want about better encoding, but if the data isn’t there, it’s not there.
Instead of debating numbers, we should do a side-by-side test. Someone film some waves at the beach, and we can compare the details.
I’m just going to say it… DJI sucks. Their customer service is awful, and they keep making questionable products like the Avata and the Air 3S. If there was real competition, I wouldn’t touch their products.
@Jory
Actually, a lot of people have had great experiences with their customer service.

Yeah, I’ve had good interactions with their support team, honestly.
I fell for it again… why is DJI repeating the same mistakes after the Action 5 Pro backlash? If the Air 3S is just as bad, I’m returning it.
