@Sonny
Now that’s what I call customer service!
@Sonny
Service really does matter. DJI has the best customer service and their products are top-notch too. I’ve had nothing but great experiences.
@Chen
DJI’s customer service never fails to impress me.

I wish I had your experience. They offered me a discount instead of a repair, and it’s been a nightmare dealing with the time zones.
@Chen
I had an amazing experience too! My Goggles 3 were scratched, and I sent them in. They got lost during shipping, but DJI sent me a brand-new pair without any hassle.
@Chen
Same here. I crashed my Air 2S into a building, totally my fault. DJI just sent me a new one without charging me a dime.
DJI fixed my RS2 gimbal for free even though it was out of warranty. They even covered shipping. Best service ever.
Yeah, DJI really knows how to take care of their customers.
I lost my drone, and all I had was the cached video. I reached out to DJI, not expecting much, but they sent me a coupon for a replacement. Unreal.
I’ve seen so many stories like this on this forum. DJI really does a good job with customer service.
What if your drone falls in the ocean and you recover it?

Try it and let us know!
When my drone got repaired, they sent back all kinds of extras. Totally unexpected but super cool!
That’s awesome!
Lucky you! I crashed my Mavic 3 and was out of Care Refresh. Cost me $800 to get it fixed lol.
