Please ignore this guy. He has no idea what he’s talking about. Any drone over 250g must be registered with the FAA. He’s totally wrong. The Plus battery makes it over 250g, which means it requires registration, even for recreational use.

That’s exactly what I said, except we’re talking about Canada, where there’s no TRUST test. In Canada, if your drone is over 250g, you have to register it for $5 and pass a basic pilot test for $10. No Remote ID requirements here. The Plus batteries push it over 250g.
