A few months back, my DJI Mini 4 Pro started having a jittery camera going up and down. I used the DJI Care plan I bought, and to my surprise, they sent me a replacement overnight. I was without my drone for less than a week. They even called me later to check if everything was working right. That great service made me buy a DJI Osmo Pocket 3 too, with DJI Care again.
Then recently, I crashed my Mini 4 Pro in the mountains (my fault) and broke an arm. Just 31 days after getting the Osmo Pocket 3, it started having little vibration issues—one day past the 30-day replacement window. I was worried about how long normal warranty service would take.
When I got back, I sent the Mini 4 Pro for DJI Care replacement and the Osmo Pocket 3 for regular warranty on the same day last week. DJI says warranty service can take longer, but the Mini 4 Pro replacement showed up yesterday, just as fast as before, and the Osmo Pocket 3 arrived today, one day after the drone. As usual, DJI called after delivery to make sure I was good.
Honestly, I’m super impressed. No other brand I have (and I own some expensive gear) has given me service this good. Wherever DJI makes something I want, I’m buying DJI, no doubt.
