Hi forum community, today I’m referring to you for the choice of my very first lavalier microphone. I’m hesitating between the Boya-V20 2.0 (2TX+RX) at €56 second-hand, the Boya-V30 (2TX+RX) at €60 new, or the DJI Mic Mini (1TX+RX) at €70 second-hand. Namely: I’d like to get into vlogging and make some short films for not very much money.
If you plan to use a camera such as the DJI action 5, then the DJI mic mini makes sense as you can directly link without any external parts/adapters. Sorry, not familiar with the others you listed. I have the mic minis and they work and sound great… with the action 5 pro.
@Jamie
I have a DJI flip and an Osmo Mobile 6. Is it good or doesn’t it matter that much compared to the microphone?

Your Osmo for sure will connect fine with the mic mini. Drones are a different deal, you can record to the card in the controller for the drone and edit it in after your flight.

Ok thanks, I’ll take note and think about it.
