I’ve been flying my Air2s for a long time, and I just noticed a crack on it. I live in Papua New Guinea, so getting it repaired is really difficult. I’d have to ship it to Australia to get it fixed. Does anyone know if I should risk using it for my work until I can replace it or get it fixed?
Try using superglue.

ABS slurry could also work for a quick fix.
It’s a simple case of ‘AoG’.
Try using JBWeld, it could hold it together.
The crack on the arm of the DJI Air 2S seems risky. This part takes on a lot of the weight and vibration during flight. If you continue using it, the crack could get worse and lead to a failure while flying, possibly damaging the drone beyond repair.
If repairs are hard to do, you could try using epoxy plastic glue or carbon fiber reinforcement to stabilize it temporarily. But it’s not a permanent solution. I’d suggest not using it for any important tasks until the crack is properly fixed.

This sounds like something an AI would say. Maybe it’s just me though.

Why waste time with AI posting stuff? Just fix the crack.
