Found an old drone… what is it?

Hey everyone, I found this drone in a storage unit, and I have no idea what model it is. Anyone recognize it or know how I can get it to work?

Finally, mobile routers that fly! Just kidding, but I’ve seen these before.

From the brand name on it and a quick search, it looks like it’s the Eachine E56 or something very similar.

Yeah, I think you’re right!

It could also be an Eachine E60. I might still have mine lying around somewhere… I’ll check tomorrow.

I have the exact same one, but mine’s black and branded as Holy Stone. Seems like one company copied the other’s design.

Honestly, just let it rest. It’s probably not worth fixing.

Could it be a DJI Spark?

You should toss it out. If it flies, great. If not, maybe it can land in a fire pit.

Wow, someone here clearly isn’t worried about money. Drones cost a lot, you know.

Haha, this particular drone isn’t worth thousands. It’s outdated and has no support. If you’re into collecting, sure, keep it. But if you want to fly it, be careful. Honestly, you’d be better off with a secondhand DJI Mini SE or Mini 2. They’re affordable, easy to find batteries for, and give you way better camera quality and flight time.

It’s worth more like $15 these days. Back when it was new, it was $40-45, and even then it was just a basic toy drone. No support, terrible camera, and proprietary batteries. This is why people say ‘just throw it.’ But yeah, $15 is still $15. Just joking around though.

Looks like a DJI Tello to me.

Nope, definitely not a DJI Tello. I own one, and it doesn’t look anything like this.
