Hey everyone, I ordered the DJI Mini 4K on Amazon on November 30. The delivery window was from December 5-10. It finally shipped on December 3 around 11 pm, but right after that, the tracking stopped and now it says it’s delayed at customs. The status has been stuck like this all day.
I’ve been waiting so long and don’t want to cancel, but I also need it before my Christmas vacation. Anyone else experienced this or have advice?
I had the same thing happen. Did you order it from “Haydon Photographic”? It’s a scam unfortunately, just report it to Amazon.

I ordered from the same seller and mine came through DHL. It took ten days. It was stuck in customs for a day and then delivered the next day.

So, it was stuck in customs for one day and then it got delivered, even though it still said customs? That’s interesting.

Actually, mine showed in customs for about five days and then updated to ‘out for delivery’.

It arrived two days earlier than expected.

Amazon is a minefield for scams. If your order even arrives, it’s probably a fake item.

I think Amazon itself is fine. Maybe US Customs is the issue with drones right now?

Not sure about DJI specifically, but Amazon can be a mess. I’ve gotten fake items before, even when it was ‘sold by Amazon.’

I just ordered from them too. I was a little suspicious but haven’t had issues with Amazon before.

Yeah, I haven’t had major issues with Amazon either, especially since I ordered directly from the DJI store on Amazon.

Mine was stuck in customs for several days, then it switched to ‘out for delivery’ and arrived two days early. It didn’t show as delivered until the next day.

It took about ten days from order to delivery. My friend tried to buy one later, and now they’re saying the wait is three weeks.
