I used Care Refresh recently after crashing my Mini 3. Sent it in, and they shipped me a new one within three days. I still have coverage until my plan expires.
DJI Care Refresh is great, especially for products that are likely to crash at some point.
It’s clear they modeled it after AppleCare, even down to the packaging and support. But the fact that they back it up so well and so fast is really impressive.
