Is photography still a thing with drones or is it all about video now?

It seems like most drone work these days is focused on video, since drones are great for capturing it. But I still think there’s value in photography. While you can frame a photo, you can’t quite do the same with video. I captured this with a DJI Air 3, ND16 filter, ISO 100 at 70mm F/2.8, 1/30s, and touched it up in Lightroom Mobile.

Nice. Well, if there’s no wind and you shoot a lot of photos, maybe 1 or 2 will come out good, but they’re probably still not going to be perfectly sharp. Remember, it’s a drone, not a tripod.

Yeah, that’s why I said: ‘Are they going to be perfect? No. But you can still get great results.’

Art doesn’t need to be perfect. That’s what makes it art :slight_smile:
