Is the US Really Winning Over China?

I was at Best Buy this afternoon and noticed the Mini Four Pro is now around 1,000 bucks. That’s about a third higher than just a few days ago. Can you believe how much the Chinese must feel paying all that extra cash? LOL!

And guess what? We don’t have to pay any income taxes. (Yes, this is sarcasm, just in case you’re concerned about my well-being. Only someone really out of touch would take this seriously.)

I’m so tired of all this winning

We still have plenty of winning in store

So much winning… Just huge winning.

But have you thanked him even once?

Tired? The winning has only just started!

It’s crazy how everything’s shifting. Canadians used to run to the States for better deals. Now, with the USD dropping and prices getting higher there, we might see Americans coming up north for bargains. What wild times we live in.

@Charlie
I wouldn’t expect too many deals in Canada. Prices have shot up here too. A lot of products still go through the US, plus there are those who take advantage.

@Charlie
They can stay down there and deal with it.

Have you seen M30T pricing? Holy F!!!

Doesn’t really matter… They’re all sold out. All the Minis and Avatas are usually gone too. It’s been like this for months now. The only thing available is refurbished.

@Charlie
Did you see that all those are marked as sold out?

They probably did raise the prices but haven’t updated the site, so they just marked it as sold out. Or maybe they’re truly out.

If your local store is sold out and you saw a price, did you perhaps see one for the Mini 4 Pro w/ RC2, which retails for $959? If Best Buy raised it before the company importing it (and paying tariffs), that’s on Best Buy, not tariffs.

The DJI page mentions:

Pre-Tariff Pricing before Stock Runs Out!

And they have this in their help center:

Any extra duties during import will be covered by DJI.

So, the price on DJI’s site is what you pay. Sure, drone prices might go up if tariffs aren’t reversed, but I’m calling out this post for using incorrect details.

He’s got some issues. I can’t stand him, and now my company is laying off people thanks to this :rage:

It’s those Trump supporters to blame.

Same here, I think layoffs are on the way for me too.

No income tax if you’re out of a job.

You pay a higher tax percentage making 50K than a billionaire or huge corporation.

Prices for the Avata 2 haven’t changed on Amazon. Another option is to get it from a country with lower tariffs, like Canada.

China makes everything for you. Keep that in mind, America.
