The battery module on my Action 2 just gave out, so now I’m looking for a replacement. Not really trying to drop $250+ on an Action 4 or 5 right now.

Same here! A few weeks ago I got the motorcycle combo with a helmet chin mount for $260 total. Not bad at all.

I’m only seeing the Insta360 Ace for $199, not the Osmo Action 4.
I know DJI has better prices directly, but they’re out of stock. And I’ve got a trip coming up in about 2 weeks so I kinda need something soon.
Nah lol, I grabbed the Action 5 Pro Adventure bundle for $370 like six weeks ago. Worth every penny.
Honestly, yes it’s a solid choice! Newer models are better in low light, but the Osmo Action 3 is excellent in daylight and has 10-bit HDR on top of 8-bit. If you’ve found a good deal, I’d say go for it!
