Finally, it’s here! Super excited to fly for the first time—any advice before I take off?
First thing—get DJI Care before you even put it in the air. Especially since this is your first drone. Also, stay out of Sport Mode for now (it disables all the safety sensors). Take your time learning the basics first!

Got it! Appreciate the heads-up.

No problem! Also, check out some YouTube tutorials on flying DJI drones. The interface and controls are pretty similar across their models, so any tutorial should help you get familiar.

100% agree! You won’t regret getting DJI Care.
If you haven’t already, register for DJI Care before even opening the box.

Doing that now! Thanks!

You can buy it while activating through the RC2—it makes the process really easy.
You went straight for the big leagues! Respect!
Awesome first drone! Congrats and enjoy flying!

Sounds like you’re off to a great start!
I’ve been bidding like crazy on eBay trying to get one…
GET DJI CARE!!!
Saw this post a few hours ago, took my drone out for a quick flight by the bank, got a call from my dad, got distracted, and bam—crashed. Thankfully, just a propeller replacement, but it could’ve been way worse.
Is it worth getting the extended warranty?

Definitely worth it!
Also, great drone choice.

That drone packs a ton of features, especially the camera setup. I’d suggest practicing in the DJI flight simulator, reading through the manual, and planning your flights in advance.

Wow, I didn’t know DJI had a simulator! I’ll check it out today. Thanks!
The 4 is coming…
