From what I’ve read, ‘clearance event’ just means it’s in customs, not that it’s cleared yet. Mine is stuck in the same spot. 
this is what costumer service said, so I’ll wait a few days and hopefully it passes. Idk how tf customs is even conducting this “search” are they just not doing shit at all? they have all this technology and yet they do all this extra stuff. Unbelievable, joke of a system.
Might be a dumb question, but are you in the US and just not used to customs holding packages for a day or two? This looks pretty normal to me—I’m in the EU, and everything from outside has to go through clearance first. Haha.

No dumb questions! Yeah, I’m in the US—Texas, to be exact. Ordered a DJI Mini 4 Pro straight from DJI’s website.
Same situation here. I’ve got a Neo coming in, and my tracking looks EXACTLY like yours. Been waiting over a week.
I actually ended up ordering another Neo from Adorama. If the DHL one eventually arrives, no big deal—my daughter can have one, and I’ll have one for FPV.
Now I’m just trying to figure out how to get an Avata 2. I already have the goggles and motion controller, but finding just the drone by itself is almost impossible right now.
