That’s good to hear… My issue is that I can’t even start the premium refresh process yet. I have to wait until they get my drone before they even send a replacement.

Man, this is frustrating.
The whole time I’ve been flying, I figured if anything happened, I’d have a quick and smooth experience getting it replaced. Now I find out it’s gonna take weeks? If I had known that, I probably would’ve been way more careful.
Anyway, sorry you’re dealing with it too, but at least I’m not alone in this slow mess.

Just got a Mavic 3T, and they forced me to pay an extra $300 for care refresh. Total ripoff.

Honestly, no clue. Maybe DJI just doesn’t have enough stock or something and can’t send out premium replacements right now.

I wish I knew, man.
I hope they’re still honoring refresh claims, even if it’s just taking longer. But I’d love to know what’s actually causing the delay.
Is this happening in the US too? It’s only been a few days, and they’re already running out of parts?
Honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if this is some kind of move to make people mad and blame Trump. Seems like a lot of Chinese companies are suddenly having ‘problems.’
