I am a novice drone flyer… recently bought an Air 3S…
I was flying on a bright, sunny day, but the footage all seems very dark. Well, darker than you would expect for such a bright day. I imagine this is a settings issue… but I’m such a newbie, I don’t know where to start…
Any suggestions?

Learn the exposure triangle.
Check the settings for the camera, it’s probably on M. Click it to change to auto.
Check the EV (Exposure value) first. This is a simple way to adjust for users who need to darken or lighten. The higher the negative number, the darker the image. The higher the positive number, the brighter the image. If it is not that, then look next to it. If it is not “Auto,” then select it and change to “Auto.” Hope one of those helps.
Since you are new, I would keep things on auto, and you can adjust the EV as needed. When you get more experience, you can change to Manual and try changes to those settings. You will make mistakes and leave settings in place when you go to a new location and things won’t look right. You might get in the habit now to adjust things back to default each time as well as make it a habit to adjust settings every time you are about to fly.
