I am trying to complete the NYPD drone permit, but I’m stuck on how to proceed with the cybersecurity policy and data policies sections. Any advice would be appreciated.

I believe it is about the notice you will provide showing that you will be operating in the neighborhood. If you are flying above people, you must notify them ahead of time, according to numerous categories.

New York has some absurd laws like the one about drones, but they overlook other things that pose a greater risk to life.
Think about the bikes in New York. How many times have delivery drivers or other people who ride bikes fast and ignore red lights nearly run me over?
And then there are the vagrants who annoy and terrify other people.
Additionally, there is the generalized uncontrollable store theft.
I’m not saying everybody should be able to fly a drone in NY, clearly, there need to be certain regulations and authorization. However, I don’t understand why the city pays no attention to certain things, while overdoing it with laws and lack of flexibility in other areas.
