I don’t live in Delaware. I live within 30 miles of his Delaware home.

I used to live in Landenberg and would shop in Delaware. Back then, Pennsylvania’s taxes were cheaper overall.

True, but I’m talking about property taxes. We lived in PA and shopped in Delaware for that reason.

If you’re talking about his Rehoboth home, then yeah, it’s pricey there. But drive 30 minutes out, and it’s much more affordable. Summer traffic makes that drive a bit longer, though. By the way, if you visit Rehoboth, it’s a really nice town.
