Shout out to DJI for being awesome

I recently bought the DJI Mini Pro 4 and had a great experience flying it, especially with the built-in screen on the controller. Unfortunately, while flying in my neighborhood, I collided with a telephone wire and the drone became inoperable.

I reported the incident to DJI and sought their help. Even though I didn’t purchase the accidental repair or replacement warranty, I was pleasantly surprised when they quickly assessed the drone upon its arrival at their facility and sent me an invoice for the repairs.

After some research, I expected the cost to be around $150 for the parts plus additional service charges. However, DJI informed me that they would handle all the repairs, including shipping costs, at no charge.

I’m truly impressed with how smoothly the repair process went and the outstanding customer service from DJI. Their decision to cover the entire cost of repairs has greatly exceeded my expectations, and I’m very grateful for their support.

Wow, sounds like DJI really knocked it out of the park for you :helicopter: I had a similar hiccup with my gear once, and I was blown away by how they handled it too. Didn’t expect them to cover everything, but it’s awesome when a company goes above and beyond. Glad to hear they also sorted your drone for you, and that built-in screen must be a game changer
