Skydio’s problem is that they’re pushing for high-end commercial drones, not the stuff the average person can buy.
This guy can’t make a good drone so he’s out here trying to make up rules to screw everyone else. I wouldn’t touch Skydio with a ten-foot pole.

They don’t even sell to regular folks anymore. This is just to help them in the commercial space.

They shifted to commercial because DJI can make stuff cheaper in China. Skydio’s lobbying is bad, but don’t forget DJI’s pricing is only possible because of cheap production costs.
